Welcome to villa La Provence, a 5* Art Villa in the heart of Antibes and Juan-Les-Pins, built by a famous architect with its authentic vaults, comfortable lounges and terraces that give it a luminosity and freshness during the summer that you will never forget. Villa La Provence revisits the classical Provencal style house by combining the charm from traditional stone with contemporary art pieces of artists such as Sacha Sosno.

It is a place of harmony and relaxation with its paintings, statues, high quality furniture and state-of-the-art entertainment system. La Provence includes 8 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms distributed over three floors.

Surrounded by authentic hedges & located in a safe, discreet and quiet neighborhood, La Provence is not only a dream of privacy with its various terraces around & inside the villa but also a unique way to explore Juan-Les-Pins white sand beach, restaurants, boutiques & nightlife (1,5 km) and French Riviera ‘joyaux’ : Saint- Paul de Vence (10 min), Mougins or Grasses & its famous perfumes (20 min), Monaco & Italy (45 min).

  • Each bedroom has its own balcony, a flat screen television, a bathroom, a double bed 140x190 (except bedrooms 1 and 2) and independent toilets
  • The ground floor bedroom (bedroom 1) has a hydromassage shower and a single bed 120x190.
  • The master bedroom (bedroom 2) offers a balneotherapy bath, a shower and a queen size bed 160x190.
  • The room on the top floor (bedroom 7) offers a bird's eye view of the garden and pool, with a solarium out of sight. Behind a large mirror door, you will discover a charming wooden and spiral staircase leading to a private office.
  • The outdoor studio has a small double bed 120x190 (bedroom 8) with its bathroom and a sofa bed.

    Outside Studio

  • The all-wood studio, nestled in a haven of peace, has a small double bed (120x190) and a sofa bed, a small kitchen with bar and high chairs.
  • Behind a mirror table, you find the bathroom and toilet.
  • The studio has its own terrace in front of a fountain.
